   1, overview:
SBWR, SBWZ series thermocouple, thermal resistance temperature transmitter is the DDZ series of instruments in the field of temperature transmitter unit, with industrial thermocouple, thermal resistance, it uses a two wire transmission mode (two wires as power input and signal output of the public transmission line). The industrial thermocouple, thermal resistance signal is converted into a linear 0-10mA, 4-20mA output signal with the input signal or the temperature signal.
The temperature transmitter can be directly installed in the junction box of the thermocouple and thermal resistance, and the integrated structure is formed. As a new generation of temperature measurement instrument can be widely used in metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, electric power, light industry, textile, food, national defense and scientific research and other industrial sectors.
2, the main characteristics:

3, working principle:
The thermocouple or the heat resistance sensor will be measured to convert into electrical signals, and then the signal is fed into the input network, which contains the relevant circuits such as zero sum and thermocouple compensation. The zero after the signal is fed to the input of the operational amplifier for signal amplification, amplification of the signal path through a V / I conversion after calculation and processing to 4 - 20mA DC current output; other path through a A / D converter after treatment to meter display. There are two kinds of linear circuits in the transmitter, and the feedback is used. On the thermal resistance sensor, a positive feedback method is used to calibrate the thermocouple sensor, and the multi segment line approximation method is used to correct the method. Integrated digital display temperature transmitter has two ways of display. LCD display temperature transmitter with the two line system, the LED display of the temperature transmitter three line method of output.
